Each item is hand-crafted to the highest standard and as a result, the typical time-frame from placing an order is 6 to 12 weeks depending on the time of year. This timeframe can vary based on existing orders and supplier availability. We will endeavour to let you know any updates if required.
Payment in full is required before an item is dispatched from our workshop. A 30% deposit is required on ordering.

We have worked closely with a local furniture removalist company for many years whom we can obtain and organise an insured shipping quote for you. Alternatively, you have the option to choose the shipping company of your preference. We will organise the pick-up and delivery details with them directly. It is the customers responsibility to organise insurance with the shipping company; we take no further responsibility once the item is in the hands of the shipping company. We strongly suggest that the customer purchases transit insurance with the shipping company for peace of mind.
Due to the multitude of size differences of our products, shipping costs can vary greatly due to a number of variables. This makes it difficult for us to configure our website to calculate this for us. As we want to make it as cost effective as possible, we won't be like other stores and charge a flat-rate based on the most expensive option. We will be in touch with you about shipping options and provide a final cost on your invoice.
