Refund policy

We will always strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase from the start. We offer extensive and lengthy guarantees on all our products as we know they will last a very long time due to the strong frame and quality construction.

In the case that you receive a faulty product such as a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair your item at no cost to you. We will evaluate if the fault can be properly repaired at your premise so you can use your lounge straight away. Otherwise should the rectification require more extensive work, or will create a mess in your living room, we will take the item back to our workshop so we can do what we need to do with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

If the item cannot be repaired to a sufficient standard, we will replace it completely with a brand new item at our cost. We will ensure that the construction of your replacement item is completed as soon as possible.

Please note that due to the nature of our business residing in bespoke and custom furniture, it limits our ability to provide refunds of items based on a change of mind.
